Everything you'd like to know before writing to me
I've gathered here the questions couples ask me most. If you don't find your answer, write to me directly — I reply personally to every message.
The work and the style
Documentary, with an editorial soul. I work in natural light, look for true gestures and let the day unfold on its own. The images are warm, cinematic and made to last — never tied to a trend. More presence than pose.
Browse the portfolio→Mostly reportage: I follow you without interrupting. For couple portraits I guide you with a few light cues, just enough to put you at ease — no stiff positions. Half an hour together, good light, and I leave the room to you.
I use lenses that let me keep my distance, I move slowly and I know the rhythm of the rite. I dress soberly and stay at the edges. By the end of the day, most guests don't remember seeing me work.
Yes, all three. I know the timing and rules of a church ceremony, the freedom of a civil one and the personality of a symbolic one. I adapt to the place and the officiant, always with respect for the moment.
Of course. I have collections dedicated to villas, farmhouses, hilltop villages and lakeside ceremonies. Tell me your place — or the kind you imagine — and I'll send a focused selection.
Write to me for more detail→Booking and availability
After a first call, if we both feel it's the right match, I hold the date with a signed contract and a deposit. From that moment the day is yours: I take no other commission for the same date.
On average couples write to me 6 to 12 months ahead. Dates in May, June and September go first. That said, if you're close to the date write anyway: sometimes I still have room.
Yes, a deposit on signing the contract: that's what reserves your date exclusively. The balance is paid in the days before the wedding, with no rush.
Absolutely — in fact I prefer it. A no-commitment video call is the best way to get to know each other and see if we're on the same wavelength. No pressure: book only if you truly feel at ease.
It happens, and we handle it calmly. If I'm free on the new date, I move the deposit at no extra cost. We talk it through openly — my goal is to be there.
If you've already found what you were looking for, write to me.
I reply personally to every request within 24 hours.

Collections start at 8 hours and go up to full coverage, from getting ready to the party. I usually suggest at least 10 hours to tell the day without rushing. We define it together based on your schedule.
See the available collections→By default I work alone: it's what lets me stay discreet. For large weddings, or with preparations in different places, I can add a trusted second photographer. We decide together.
Yes. I always carry two camera bodies, dual cards and spare batteries. And I'm part of a network of trusted colleagues: in a true emergency, someone equally good will take my place.
In the days before the wedding we share the timeline. On the day I work alongside planners, videographers and the officiant with the utmost respect, never stealing anyone's scene.
Yes, and I love them: they're the truest moments of the day. I can be with both partners if the preparations are nearby, or coordinate a second photographer if you're in different places.
Images and delivery
For a full day, on average between 500 and 800 final images, chosen and worked one by one. I don't count frames: I count the photographs that truly deserve to stay.
A preview of a few images within a week, the full gallery within 6-8 weeks. In peak-season months timing can stretch a little: I always keep you updated.
Every delivered image has colour and light post-production in my warm, natural style. Finer retouching is included on the main portraits. No filters, no passing trends.
Yes. You receive high-resolution images with a personal-use licence: prints, social, sharing with family. I only ask that you don't apply heavy filters when you tag my work.
In a private online gallery, elegant and password-protected, where you can download and share. The gallery stays active for a long time, and a wooden USB can be added on request.
Yes, and I warmly recommend them. Handcrafted cotton-paper albums, printed in Italy and laid out by hand by me. They're the best way for your story to live beyond a screen.

Always. Every wedding is governed by a clear contract that protects both sides: dates, hours, delivery, usage rights. No surprises — everything in writing.
I work mainly in Umbria and Tuscany, but I follow couples across Italy and abroad. Travel costs, when there are any (usually beyond 150 km from Terni), are agreed transparently in the quote.
Bank transfer, in two parts: the deposit on signing and the balance before the wedding. For couples from abroad I also handle international payments. All traced and invoiced.
Gladly. Every wedding is different, so I prefer to build a tailored quote after understanding your needs. Send me a couple of lines about your day and I'll reply personally.
